Do I need to book a demo?
No. Use the live demo with username demo and password demo. It resets automatically every hour.
Do you load all our customers, trucks and products for us?
DigiNote is designed so your own master data builds naturally as you use it. If you have a clean, structured dataset we can provide an optional import service from R3,500. We do not recommend importing poor-quality historical data just for the sake of having it there.
Can different branches see each other’s information?
Access is branch-controlled. Users only work with the branches and operational data they are authorised to access.
What happens when a new customer, truck or product appears?
Type it normally. DigiNote can store it for that branch and offer it as a proper autocomplete suggestion next time.
Does the customer need a DigiNote account to sign a note?
No. The secure QR confirmation workflow is designed to work from a phone without requiring the receiving customer to become a DigiNote user.
Does DigiNote send WhatsApp messages?
Not yet. WhatsApp is under development. Email is available now, and customer mobile / WhatsApp contact details can already be stored.
What is included in setup?
Your DigiNote environment, branch access, users and branding. Your day-to-day customer and operational data remains under your control.
Is Bin Management required?
No. It is an optional feature for businesses that own reusable bins, skips, cages or similar assets that move between the yard and customers.
