DigiNote is offered as a monthly hosted service. Features and pricing shown on this website apply to the listed plan and may be updated for future subscriptions.

Customer data

The customer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of data entered into DigiNote. Poor or incomplete source data may affect the usefulness of the resulting records and reports.

Optional data imports

Where an import service is purchased, the customer must supply complete and structured source data in an agreed format. Data cleaning, reconstruction and deduplication are not included unless separately agreed.

Demo environment

The public demo is temporary and automatically reset. Nothing entered into the demo environment should be treated as permanent storage.

Third-party services

Future messaging integrations such as WhatsApp may involve third-party platform charges and separate commercial terms.
