CCTV Systems: common questions
Do you only do new installations?
No. Fixing, extending and upgrading existing systems is common.
Can I watch the cameras on my phone?
Usually, yes, provided the recorder and your internet connection support it. Remote access is set up securely rather than left open to the internet.
Are there privacy rules for CCTV?
Yes. Cameras that capture people's images carry privacy obligations, including POPIA for businesses, and sensible placement matters at home too. We help with placement; for specific compliance questions, get legal advice.
