Will I lose my files?
We aim to back up your files before changing anything. If a drive is failing, recovery isn't guaranteed, so back up early.
Is it worth repairing an old laptop?
Sometimes an SSD or extra RAM gives it years more life; sometimes it isn't worth the money. You'll get an honest answer either way.
Do you do pick-up or on-site repairs?
Where practical, yes. Ask when you get in touch, and any travel cost is quoted before you decide.
